USA Vizo provides general educational content and communication practice. It is not a law firm, immigration consultant, government agency, or substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

2. No guarantee

Practice scores evaluate features such as clarity, specificity, and answer length. They do not estimate eligibility or predict a visa decision. Consular officers have sole authority to adjudicate visa applications.

3. Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and use practice prompts with truthful facts from your own circumstances. You may not misuse the service, probe other accounts, automate abusive requests, or upload unlawful content.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security, abuse, or a violation of these terms.

5. Intellectual property

USA Vizo's original design, logo, editorial organization, photographs, and written material are protected by applicable law. Public case facts and linked official materials remain subject to their respective sources and terms. Limited personal, noncommercial use is permitted with attribution.

6. Third-party links and affiliate relationships

Links may lead to government sites, public communities, or commercial services. We do not control those sites. Some future commercial links may be affiliate links and will be disclosed.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, USA Vizo is not liable for a visa decision, missed appointment, travel loss, or reliance on an anecdotal experience. Always verify current instructions with the relevant embassy, consulate, and official government sources.

8. Changes

We may update the service and these terms. Continued use after an updated date means you accept the revised terms.
